You know, one of the ways that we talk about good and bad in life

is in the way of whether we are fit and healthy or sick and ill.

People can get ill in all sorts of different ways,

sometimes in their bodies, and sometimes in their minds,

and humans have always looked to find ways to avoid it.

Some babies, when they are born, are already ill in ways that they will have to learn to grow and live with.

And all of us are born with different strengths and weaknesses that we also have to learn to grow and live with.

As we grow, some of us hardly ever get ill, and some of us seem to get ill all the time.

Some of us are always having accidents for some reason or another.

Some kids seem to always be sunny and laughing. Some are more likely to be sad or shy.

And we learn from family and friends how to find a way through life,

the best way they know to be healthy and happy.

And our family and friends learned what they know from their family and friends,

and those family and friends learned what they know from those who came before them.

And those who live the muslim way of life learned that way of living from the muslims that came before themselves,

all the way back to the Messenger, who showed the way for us to do what is best,

the way to stay healthy and happy.

For being happy is part of being healthy.

We need to be not just strong in our bodies, but have sparkling minds and joyful hearts,

and have a way to understand the world around us and the way it works.

And that way needs a truth that we can never find out for ourselves,

the truth about where we come from, where we are going to, and the reason why we are here.

That is what we learn from the words of the Qur'an,

and the life of the Messenger who spoke them.
